History: A middle-aged man has had vitiligo of many years duration. At last 6 months the patient has noticed development of pruritic, shiny, polygonal, purplish plaques atop vitiliginous patches especially on the dorsal surface of both hands. Autoimmune disorders may associate with each other. This is an example of such association between two autoimmune skin disorders i.e. vitiligo and lichen planus.
