Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 30-year-old man with an outdoor job presented with multiple well-demarcated, hyperpigmented, slightly scaly plaques involving the nose, cheeks and the forehead of one year duration. Hypopigmented atrophic scars were evident on the bridge of the nose.
