Differential Diagnosis

History: A 35-year-old man has had vitiligo presented with a painless fleshy nodule with a slightly verrucous surface about one cm diameter on his lower lip of six months duration. It has been excised in toto with a suitable safe margin. Histologic examination revealed squamous cell carcinoma. Please notice vitiliginous skin of the lips and surrounding skin.
