History: This girl was seen for bleeding per rectum and from her gums. Examination showed swollen gums,sublingual hemangioma, telangiectasia over the right cheek and conjunctiva; a case of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia or Rendu-Osler-Weber syndrome
