History: This lady had an injury to her leg .The nodule you see grew slowly over a period of 6 weeks.It bled easily when touched hence the sign of the bandaid covering the lesion.They comprise an overgrowth of capillary blood vessels in the healing phase of the injury.They should be excised or curretted off and the base cauterised. Lasers can also be used.
