History: Asymptomatic, indolent, multiple, pink to violaceous papules and nodules involved mainly the face and hands of more than one year duration. Skin biopsy showed ‘naked’ tubercles comprising of macrophages and giant cells without any surrounding lymphocytes (sarcoidal granulomas).
