History: A six-year-old boy suffered a widespread pruritic bullous rash of about 8 months duration. The rash consisted of tense bullae on an erythematous base involved the face, trunk and extremities. There was no mucosal involvement. Dapsone in a dose of 2 mg per Kg body weight once daily gave prompt and excellent improvement within a matter of few days.
