History: A 60-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, solitary, dark-blue nodule with lobulated surface about 1.5 cm in diameter on the calf region of many months duration. He had previous similar lesions removed surgically few months before the onset of the new lesion. The new nodule has been excised and histologically showed features of Kaposi's sarcoma. Please notice the old scar above the new lesion.
