History: An adult heavy-alcoholic farmer in his thirties presented with a well-demarcated, red scaly rash (sun burn-like) with burning sensation in a photo-sensitive distribution (face, neck and forearms) of two weeks duration. The patient was asked to quit alcohol and given multivitamin supplement which resulted in a very good improvement with a matter of few days.
