History: A young adult man presented with peculiar slightly elevated, flat, grouped, yellow-orange papules and plaques involved the lower thigh, over the knee joint and the forearm. The lesions had characteristic kidney-shape on the forearm. The patient had elevated cholesterol, LDL and VLDL. Family history of early death due to ischemic heart disease was positive.
