History: This lady was acutely ill during her presentation. She had developed multiple pustules all over the body. She was treated as a drug reaction. The systemic steroids that were adminstered had made her feel better, but she was still throwing out fresh pustules. Blister fluid examination revealed multiple polys. She is a classical von Zumbush variant of pustular psoriasis, which was confirmed by histopath study.
