Differential Diagnosis

History: A 38-year-old man presented with multiple, unilateral, painless and non-pruritic erythematous-purplish nodules involved the extensor surface of the forearm of many months duration. There was no associated lymph node enlargement or organomegaly. Skin biopsy was consistent with Kaposi's sarcoma.
