Differential Diagnosis

History: Perforating GA usually appears on the dorsal hands and presents as papules with a central keratotic core. This core represents transepidermal elimination of the degenerated material in the center of GA lesions and clinically can resemble a pustule. This lady presented with a classical perforating GA which has been proven by skin biopsy.
