History: A primigravida in her 24th week of gestation suddenly suffered high fever, lassitude and pruritic pustular rash composed of myriads of tiny pustules on an erythematous background. The rash started in the axillae and inframammary folds and within few days spread to the trunk and extremities. Some nails were affected with partial dystrophy. She had no personal or family history of psoriasis and no drug intake prior to the onset of rash.
