History: A young adult living in a rural area presented with multiple, asymptomatic, indurated, dull red papules and nodules involved the dorsum of left hand and right thigh of 10 months duration. The lesions arranged in a way that the mother lesion was surrounded by many similar but smaller satellite lesions. Systemic pentostam gave very nice result.
