Differential Diagnosis

History:

Beau’s lines are transverse grooves that appear synchronously on all nails a few weeks after an acute illness, and which grow steadily out to the free margin. The presented case was precipitated by severe exacerbation of previously stable psoriasis. Please notice partial onycholysis in the middle finger nail.
