Differential Diagnosis

History:

Single, asymptomatic, large, painless, crusted, indurated red nodule on the upper lip of 5 months duration in a 5-year-old girl. It has been successfully  treated with intramuscular sodium stibogluconate 10 mg per kg body weight every other day (10 sessions).
