Differential Diagnosis

History:

35 yr. old married, patient had history of balanoposthitis followed by inability to retract the prepuce. He had similar episode some time back.He denied Extramarital sexual exposures.The treatment consists of restoring the prepuce to its position manually by the physician along with treatment for balanoposthitis.Other tests like VDRL,Screening for HIV,tests for Candida should be done.If restoration could not be done manually, dorsal slit can be done.Finally circumcision is indicated to prevent recurrence of the condition.
