History:

A middle-aged paraplegic man presented with painful ulcers and purpuric spots involved both lower legs of one year. The rash started with shallow painful ulcers that leave atrophic scars on healing. Blood coagulability and fibrinolytic tests were normal and skin biopsy was consistent with livideoid vasculopathy.
