Differential Diagnosis

History:

This patient had multiple extramarital sexual exposures.He had H/O genital ulacer.He presented with skin colored papular rash involving trunk,limbs,palms and soles,mucous patches  in the mouth,Epitrochlear lymphadenopathy,fever.His VDRL was positive.HIV report is awaited.These features are suggestive of secondary syphilis.Inj Banjathine penicillin 2.4 million units is the tretment of choice.
