History:

 Two asymptomatic dull red to purplish indurated nodules of three months duration on the dorsal surface of one hand. O/E early ulceration on the summits of both lesions started to develop. Both lesions were cured on three sessions of intralesional sod. stibogluconate injections 10 days apart.
