Differential Diagnosis

History:

The cause of fissured tongue or also known as scrotal tongue is unknown or may be hereditary. It occurs with greater prevalence as population ages. This patient was presented with asymptomatic multiple transverse fissures radiating from a longitudinal central deeper groove. There was no associated cutaneous or systemic finding.
