History:

 A middle-aged woman presented with asymptomatic bilateral symmetrical papulosquamous lesions on the palms and whitish mucous patches involved the tongue, cheeks' inner sides and the lips of three weeks duration. She denied any illegal sexual activity, however STS (VDRL & TPHA) were positive.
