History:

History of severe sunburns on exposure to sun light since early childhood associated with with severe freckling mainly of the face and also on the covered parts of the body like the chest and back. Since late childhood many BCCs developed on the face and lately a nodular BCC appeared on the chest. Pyogenic granuloma is frequently seen in patients with XP example of which is depicted in the presented photos (image 2 & 3).
