History:

Recent onset of painful erosions started in the oral cavity followed few weeks later by loose blisters that quickly transformed into painful erosions involved the scalp, face, shoulders and trunk. Skin biopsy of a fresh intact blister revealed epidermal acantholytic split mainly at the suprabasal region.
