History:

Gentleman concerned about itchy papule he can't quite see on his back. Worried that this was a new skin cancer (note scars from prior excisions of SCCA, BCC and melanoma). The new lesion arose shortly after a hunting trip into the forest. Close examination revealed thatt his was nothing more than a tick burrrowed into the skin. It was removed by deep shave.
