History:

 A middle-aged woman had previous history of vesicular rash on erythematous background caused by Bactrim one year ago. Now she presents with similar rash involved same sites (upper limbs) but more severe. The rash composed of blisters on erythematous base involved the arms, forearms and palms. On the palms there was classical dark purplish patches characteristic of FDE due to cotrimoxazole.
