History:

Three months before lesions' appearance the patient had traveled to Saudi Arabia for pilgrimage. The lesions started as asymptomatic, dull red papules that gradually grew into plaques and nodules and then became crusted. Three sessions of Pentostam intralesionally 10 days apart have cured all lesions.
