Differential Diagnosis

History:

A middle-aged woman presented with asymptomatic, translucent , flesh-colored to slightly yellow 1- to 3-mm papules affected mainly the cheeks. Other sun-exposed sites were not involved. Adult colloid mllium may be considered a papular variant of solar elastosis. The colloid material is derived from elastic fibers, and solar elastosis is found adjacent to the areas of colloid degeneration histologically.
