History:

Asymptomatic, solitary, red, well-demarcated, smooth, moist plaque on the glans penis of three months duration. Differential diagnosis of a red lesion on the glans includes penile psoriasis, Zoon balanitis, candidiasis, contact dermatitis and Paget's disease. Biopsy is indicated however the patient has refused.
