History:

This man presented with widespread flaccid blisters that rapidly transformed into painful erosions and later on to vegetative lesions especially in the axillae of one month duration. The rash onset was with oral erosions then involved the trunk and axillae. Skin biopsy was consistent with pemphigus vegetans.
