History:

Multiple, painless, indurated, crusted, red nodules and plaques with central ulceration on the dorsum of the hand of 4 months duration. The second photo shows partial improvement of the lesions after 5 i.m injections of sodium stibogluconate given 10 mg per kg body weight every other day, All lesions cured after 12 injections.
