History:

Slightly pruritic red papules and many pustules centered around the hair follicles appeared few days after hair epilation. The patient complained recurrent bouts of similar rash every time she practiced hair epilation whatever the modality of epilating procedure (syrup, wax, epilating string, electrical machine).
