History:

Cutaneous horn or cornu cutaneum may overlie different pathological lesions such as SCC, BCC, KA, actinic keratosis, seborrhoeic keratosis,viral wart.....etc. In the presented case a cutaneous horn of three months duration was found atop a lesion of mulloscum contagiosum.
