History:

Erythema elevatum diutinum is a rare condition characterised by skin coloured or yellow papules and nodules on the palms but also over joints on the elbows and knees.The lesions are usually asymptomatic.The condition has been associated with underlying disorders such as AIDs ,coeliac disease and Wegener's granulomatosis.Histology shows a florid leukocytoclastic vasculitis with chronic fibrosis.
