History:

An eleven years ago this man had ulcerative BCC on his scalp removed surgically. Now he presents with a noduloulcerative lesion with beefy red base and pigmented rolled up border at the same site of previous BCC of one year duration. The lesion has been removed surgically with a safe margin. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of BCC.
