History:

This patient was unaware of his hypersensitivity reaction to cotrimoxazole so he developed a rounded brown-black large pigmented patch on the dorsum of one hand of one year duration. During this year he has taken cotrimoxazole on many occasions with exacerbation of the color of the patch each time the culprit was taken.
