History:

A unilateral, asymptomatic, hard, pinkish nodules extruding white chalky material involved the extensor surface of one knee joint. She had no history of trauma, connective tissue disorder, bone disease or parathyroid abnormality and her serum calcium and phosphorous levels were normal.
