History: This lady presented with unilateral, asymptomatic, compressible, spongy vascular swelling involved one cheek and producing apparent facial asymmetry. She suffered great cosmetic embarrassment. On examination, the surface of the lesion was atrophic and showed many residual telangiectatic vessels of previous capillary hemangioma on top of the presented cavernous one. Capillary hemangioma has regressed spontaneously at age of 3-5 years whereas the cavernous one has persisted.
