History:

This man presented with a peculiar, asymptomatic, bilobed, firm-hard, dermal-subcutaneous nodule on the middle of the dorasl aspect of the index finger of one year duration. It has been excised surgically which showed classical giant-cell synovioma on histopathological examination.
