History:

A middle-aged man presented with two, asymptomatic, large, crusted, indurated red plaques on the forehead and lower lip of 8 months duration. Skin biopsy confirmed cutaneous leishmaniasis with plenty of Leishman-Donovan bodies seen on Giems's stain.
