Differential Diagnosis

History:

Bilateral, pruritic, linear plaques with slightly verroucous scaly surface involved both thighs and buttocks had been noticed since age of two years. The lesions were unresponsive to topical corticosteroids and skin biopsy was consistent with ILVEN.
