History:

A crippled, wheelchair-bound patient with chronic renal failure of more than five years duration. He presented with many asymptomatic hard purplish nodules and plaques involved one foot of more than one year duration. Skin biopsy was consistent with KS. He had no lymph node or organ involvement.
