Differential Diagnosis

History:

A 63-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, crusted, keratotic nodule about one cm diameter on the lateral part of the lower lip of 8-10 months duration. Excisional biopsy showed SCC.  An asymptomatic, crusted, keratotic nodule about 1 cm diameter on the lateral side of the lower lip. Excisional biopsy showed SCC. An asymptomatic, crusted, keratotic nodule about 1 cm diameter on the lateral side of the lower lip. Excisional biopsy showed SCC. An asymptomatic, crusted, keratotic nodule about 1 cm diameter on the lateral side of the lower lip. Excisional biopsy showed SCC.
