Differential Diagnosis

History:

A less than one year old infant presented with two punched out ulcers with central necrotic crusts on a background of inflammatory erythema involved the thigh and suprapubic region of 5-7 days duration. Swab for culture yielded pseudomonas aeruginoa with negative blood culture. She responded well to i.v antipseudomonal antibiotic for two weeks.
