History:

This man presented with slightly itchy, skin-colored to brownish, hypertrophic, verrucous plaques involved both feet and lower legs of more than one year duration. The lesions closely mimic giant verruca vulgaris however skin biopsy showed lichen planus hypertrophicus picture and few lesions have left postinflamatory hyperpigmentation on resolution.
