Differential DiagnosisHistory:
DLE or Actinic porokeratosis?
A young adult female presented with multiple, asymptomatic, annular, red plaques with slight central atrophy and covered with thick adherent scales. The borders of the plaques were firm and slightly elevated. The lesions have been present for more than six months duration. On clinical background two differential diagnoses were suggested: DLE and Porokeratosis. Skin biopsy was consisten with DLE.
