History:

A young adult male presented with multiple, painless, dull-red, indurated, crusted nodulo-ucerative lesions of 4-5 months duration. some lesions were exuding purulent discharge. Intramuscular sodium stibogluconate 10 mg per kg body weight every other day ended with cure after 12 sessions.
