History:

This toddler presented with few pruritic, red, scaly, nummular plaques on the leg (near ankle area) and popliteal region of two weeks duration. Clinically the lesions mimicked tinea circinata, however they were very pruritic and the entire lesions were active in addition to negative KOH examination. Moderately potent topical steroids and oral antihistamine gave very good response within a matter of 2-3 weeks.
