Differential Diagnosis

History:

A middle-aged man with long history of localized neurodermatitis at the right ankle region of more than 5 years duration. At last one and a half year a small ulcer has appeared and progressed slowly. On examination, a large (12 x 7 cm) ulcer with irregular outline, clean red base and punched out border surrounded by thickened dyspigmented skin was seen. Incisional biopsy disclosed SCC.
